Our Tibus REFER + program is for our tech service management, SI and support partners that want to benefit from the network and connectivity requirements they generate.
In most cases the arrangement is simple - our partner contacts us with each new potential requirement and introduces us to the end client as their trusted partner. We work together to get the end client set-up.
We then reward that partner in the form of a monthly payment or a one-off referral fee. The partner is able to review our mutual client list through a portal at any time.
Following us engaging with the client, we work hand-in-glove with our partner. To the client it feels like a single delivery team. To our partner friends, we feel like an extension of their operations team.
There is no set-up charge and there is no minimum volume / minimum spend requirements - we know that isn't how life works out there.
We do not need long-term commitments but we do insist on quite strict SLAs. The work we will do together is valuable to everyone involved.

We have an arrange of payment options. These allow our partners to manage cash-flow sensibly. We understand that cash matters, especially when we are serving larger clients.
