Ka-boom
Located in Weavers Court Business Park, Belfast, Ka-Boom are one of Northern Ireland’s leading Post Production facilities, providing a world-class creative service for TV and Film. Their credits include factual, scripted drama, comedy, documentaries, light entertainment and feature films.
They have worked on productions such as Star Wars – The Force Awakens, HBO’s Westworld, Channel 5 Drama - Agatha Christa The Truth of Murder, ITV Drama Torvill and Dean, BBC Wanted Down Under and BBC Mastermind.
Working on international productions that require remote access for viewing and editing, Tibus provided a bespoke service to Ka-Boom with our Ultrafast True-Fibre solution capable of speeds of up to 1 Gigabit (provisioned across the business park).
Ka-boom also has a number of buildings within Weavers Court Business Park, utilising Tibus Fibre network we enabled a dark fibre network to allow seamless and cost effective communication across Ka-Boom’s multiple units within Weavers Court Business Park.
This allowed Ka-boom to keep all their central storage and business servers in one location but shared across multiple building with no bandwidth restrictions.

Connection speed has increased from 60 Mbps download / 30Mbps upload speed with a previous provider to 1Gb full duplex with our network.
